Our Diagnostic Software can locate registry errors & other settings on your PC system that may be causing a device to act improperly or not at all. Many times a simple adjustment or proper re-installation of certain files can restore faulty hardware or software settings.
We ask (but not insist) new customers download & install this diagnostic software. The Software takes an Inventory of the Installed Software & Hardware components installed & attached to your PC. Once installed, on your PC, the software is designed to diagnose hardware & software problems running Microsoft Windows Operating System. The Diagnostic Software (Webl) is designed not to look at your personal data files. The diagnostic can only be initiated by the user at your keyboard. Your personal information remains safe!
