I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 as my organizer/address book etc but not for my e-mail. I synch my Treo 650 to that Outlook each day. My wife received a Treo 650 for Xmas and so we need to establish a second "user" on the computer's Outlook so that I can synch my stuff to my phone and she can synch hers to her phone. Also, once I set up her user account, is there an easy way to move some of my contacts to her user profile?

I have added the new user in XP. I'm still not sure how that creates a new Outlook profile.

As I mentioned at first, we do not use Outlook for e-mail, only for calendar/contacts/tasks. This information is for setting up a new e-mail account. I need a blank calendar/contacts/tasks new user.

Ok, so then you will need new user account in Windows, did you create it?

+ | << Public: Joe Smith at 12/26/05 14:49 [MessageID:25xxx-xx4876]
yes

is it as simple as logging in as the other user?

+ | << Public: Randy at 12/26/05 14:52 [MessageID:25xxx-xx4878]
Yes, you will just have to log on as other user and manage all settings to your needs including your contacts etc.

I think I have succeeded in creating the new profile. How can I transfer some of my contacts and calendar info over to the new profile?
